TERMS AND CONDITIONS
No terms, representations or warranties, express or implied not herein set forth
in writing shall bind A & D Grip Rentals, Inc.
The Customer will be liable for all loss and damage to the equipment however
caused and shall indemnify A & D Grip Rentals, Inc. from any and all loss or
damage to persons or property caused by use or operation of the equipment.
The Customer will provide a Certificate of Insurance to A & D Grip Rentals, Inc.
before commencement of the use of the equipment.
All monies overdue (net 30 days) hereunder shall bear interest at the rate of two percent (2%), per month from the due date until payment in full is received by
A & D Grip Rentals, Inc.
If The Customer fails to keep or perform any or all of the terms and conditions or
fails to pay any amount hereunder when due or the equipment is removed from
the province in which it was delivered or The Customer parts with possession or transfers his interest in any manner whatsoever or if The customer attempts to
sell, mortgage or pledge any part thereof or if a proposal, assignment or petition of bankruptcy is filed in respect to or against the Customer, A & D Grip Rentals, Inc.
shall be entitled to take immediate possession of the equipment and is permitted to enter any premises without notice or demand, without legal process to take said equipment and the balance due hereunder shall become immediately due
and payable in full.
The Customer hereby acknowledges having received a copy of this contract.
